The Colonnade Inn, Sea Isle City. A Home Away from Home

Ask anyone who works from nine to five, Monday through Friday, then spends the weekend doing laundry and housecleaning, what it is he or she dreams of doing that is out of the ordinary. Without batting an eye, I'd bet a week's pay that his or her response would be "To be able to take a couple of days away from work so I can spend some quality time with my family." What stops people from having that long desired holiday anyway? Based on my own practical experience, two things would — money, because most holidays require a lot of it, and time, because most of the attractive vacation spots are located far away from home.
