I have a secret to tell you – I like the artificial flowers on my desk. Why should this surprise you – well most people would describe my office decor as sparse. I don’t really have to time to work at decorating. Outside of a picture of my spouse and 2 kids, there's really not much there. About 6 months ago some one put an artificial orchid flower on my desk. The flower was easy, take it out of the box, put it on the desk. It took about 10 seconds. The plant is already in a pot so there was not much work here.
I work in front of a computer all day long so my day is pretty much filled by a computer. I have a picture of Cataract Lake, a picturesque lake in Colorado as my desktop picture but I rarely see this because I have applications open. While View the rest of this article
